My team we communicate with each other how it went wat was it like how was the leadership acting around you how were the detainees with you that how we communicate with each other and give each other the good feedback
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Certain leaders need to respect us employees on how they speak to us and as well to the detainees some leaders talk to them ugly disrespectful they belittle them some are inmates but there’s more detainees they need to also get respected every dorm I

I like to work around people I’m a people person I can speak Spanish and sign language and I’m a great listener so I listen to everybody including our detainees and they feel more comfortable when they speak to someone so I try to make them feel a bi
