For the past 4 years, my experience here has had its ups and downs, as in any profession. There's always room for improvement here, but the communication is lacking and the amount of hours I put in, with the pay and praise that I receive, doesn't match up how I'd expect it to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need better communication skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many different personalities are present here. Some good, some bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never praised when I do something well, but they'll be quick to scold if something is not done correctly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
About half of my team I like. And what's best about them is that they work as a team, rather than only caring about themself. There are a lot of people here that only care about themself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very poor communication. A lot of people who have nothing but negative attitudes. Ever since my promotion, my schedule is supposed to be 6-2, but have maybe got out of work at 2 only a handful of times.
