What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny and make the atmosphere not so heavy since we deal with some serious stuff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The training team has been great and we have not been able to talk to a lot of the leadership yet, but Ariana always comes in to say hi.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The more I learn about the job the more is being added to it. I do feel the pay was fair originally but now that so much more is being added it does feel like 18 per hour or 19 per hour would be more fair.
