My biggest frustration has been the onboarding process, it has been very slow.

They don't micromanage the employees.

Most people are laid back and try to avoid drama at work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of them have negative attitudes or they don't interact at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure yet as I just started and they haven't kicked in yet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the patients, and there is always something new each day to deal with.
