What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should recognize people, Officers, etc., for what they are experienced in or certified in. There are Officers that are asking for specific certifications, and they don't care
What are some of the best things about your team?
The certified Officers work well together. The leadership here throws brand new people to the wolves and expect us to do our work short-handed, and still train the new officers.
