What makes you most happy at work?
When alien detainees thank us when they exit the aircraft.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The Mexican/American employees in El Paso are clannish and exclusive of others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay was jacket up for the first 8 weeks. Poorly trained supervisors who are poorly trained in leadership, threaten us with firing for minor offenses, and do not know the company policies and procedures. IT won't return my calls.
