Effective management is the cornerstone of a successful healthcare team. At Geo Adelanto, there is a growing need for enhanced training among the management team to ensure alignment with company policies, realistic goal setting, and proper support for new nurses. Strengthening these areas will .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am concerned about the balance between pay, workload, and responsibility in my role. W/only three days of training and situations where nurses are left alone, it can feel overwhelming and potentially unsafe. I believe additional training and better staffing support would help ensure quality care
