It's been great so far. It could be better in a few ways, but that's just my opinion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the company contribution in my 401K and the other perks as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. The only problem is having reliable workers here. A lot of employees tend to call out every week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am Alaska Native, so the culture is great. The environment in the facility can be better, but this is Bethel Alaska.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to listen to what we have to say to them. They are supportive. The executive team here cares about their employees in and out of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
We have great management here. My co-workers on my 0800 to 1600 shift are always helpful and work great as a team. I look forward to seeing all my co-workers during my weekly shift.
