The staff and leadership are very positive and approachable. Everyone seems to work well as a team.

Leadership team works as a cohesive unit. They are very approachable to staff. Always seem willing to receive suggestions from staff for operational improvements.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing the mission and working hard to lead my staff. Conduct succession planning with my direct reports and prepare them take the next steps.
