We all try to stick together and learn how to do this job on one accord.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should at least get hazard pay for being inside a controlled enviorment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part of the company is that we all try to get our job done in the timely manner.
