An actual training course for what is needed for us to accomplish our work.
We all know that the training process for the assessments is lacking in a way to teach new employees. And we all are handed files to take over that are out of compliance by weeks.
Everyone seems to have their own way of doing things, which makes it hard to figure out an accurate way of doing things. I would hope there is an actual training process for how the assessments are done from GEO instead of a crash course on doing things and then being expected to remember it all.
