Good communication, willingness to help each other, respectful, thoughtful and good humor.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not working in an environment that supports negativity. I appreciate being checked on, supported and allows for someone to speak their thoughts and be appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If GEO wants to attract and retain high quality employee's who will make their position a career and not a temporary stopping point, the pay should commensurate with the cost of living.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my Supervisor checks in on me daily to see how I am, see if I need anything to do my job for the day and conducts monthly one on one meetings with me.
