I enjoy working for this company, I feel that my office mate is inappropriate and not happy with their position, so it brings a negative attitude to the office. I have spoken with them but, things have not changed. Hopefully they will soon.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager is caring and takes the time to show proper procedures.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not use the package so this does not apply to me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive manager, makes sure I get in contact with someone who can train me the GEO way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworker could improve by being a little more understanding and not telling jokes that are not work appropriate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The coworker in my office tells jokes that are in appropriate and creates a not so comfortable work environment. We share an office and I have tried speaking with them about moving forward and working together, however, it just feels like a tense environment. They are not open to suggestions.
