What makes you most happy at work?
Shared optimism when it needed! And in my field it is needed often...
What are some of the best things about your team?
They actually seem to genuinely care about me as an individual despite our differences. That is important to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a great job at explaining what the team mission goals are and how I work towards getting there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"Caring for the participants" can be seen often. That recharges my spirit especially if it is a not so good day..
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The sign on bonus was a great perk that I never experienced before until I signed on to work with GEO. Thank you
