What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is fair and the benefits are good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone accepts everyone and seems to always be willing to help one another.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're funny and professional at the same time. We have close personalities so it's easy to work with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to what I have to say and help me put my ideas into play. They allow me to be me and don't judge me for my quirky personality but rather embrace me for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with as well as enjoy the work I get to do everyday. I get to use my skills that I haven't gotten to use for years and enjoy doing my job.
