I feel like there are too many managers. I am the only one who is not a manager and I get blamed. My supervisor was sick the first week I started other managers said we supported each other on clinical team;Come to find out I'm not and I'm consistently being talked overhearing conversations about me

What are some of the best things about your team?
I guess working together as a team but feel like I the easiest target since team consists of all managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse and everyone is passionate about their roles in the company. But Jeff Contino treats ALL employees like the residents who he then treats like inmates. Mr. Contino is not a director that people feel comfortable going to. Everyone will run the other way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Concerning workplace communication & employee treatment: Multiple occasions I have felt bullied & intimidated by Mr. Contino, Dir. tone of emails & interactions when asking questions or seek clarification. Employees and I have become stuck in the sally-port area due to an ongoing door malfunction
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a CPS, but I have been a lot of case management which I love supporting my team. I just want acknowledgement of the work I do. I run groups, set up all social security appointment interviews, CRR, housing, and prep all resident in preparation for interview assessment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I was hired I was told to report directly to my supervisor, Dr. Lordan. Then 2 months later I was told that to included Anderson and Dupree all emails. Then when my schedule day with Dr. Lordan I have another manager included when I feel Anderson politely but obviously makes me feel disregarded
