We work well as a team with how low staff we are
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping employees, the current state at this facility is we are so low in staff. I understand that half of the battle in keeping staff is waiting for ICE to clear the current employees but there has to be a better way at NLPC. We need more nursing only 3 nurses passing medications for 1300 is not G
