Overall, I have been burned out. I understand that the office is short staff and I do not mind helping. however, I want to be shown more appreciation. Saying "thanks", is a good start but eventually it is not enough to compensated for arriving to work early(before scheduled shift), staying late ect.

The team work is the most positive here.

My team help each other and we support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor always says thanks to all staff and gives tokens of appreciation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, I feel undervalued. Tangible tokens of appreciation and or a pay rate increase.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More incentives for employees. Especially the ones that travel and help other offices out when short staff.
