Be more professional, stop the office gossip

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we don't have a cultural program that I'm aware of
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i have a positive impact on the residents and i actually make a difference in their lives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay and better scheduling. why am I on call on my off days? With my schedule like that I'm unable to go out of town or do anything unless it's close to the job, that doesn't make sense to me? Also training and staff meetings always seem to fall on my off days. we need our time off
