What are some of the best things about your team?
From whom I've met, everyone seems nice and genuine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair for the work. I haven't had a chance to look at the compensation package.
What makes you most happy at work?
I haven't started anything outside of training and shadowing so the job itself seems like it's going to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can easily talk to each other. There doesn't seem to be any animosity toward each other. Everyone says hi and keeps it light.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just started but from what I can tell they care about my well being and success. They're always asking questions about how I am doing.
