Both pay and benefits are great.

Everyone considers themselves a small family.

They were positive and took the time to explain how the department in which I am in will work.

Everyone on my team is kind and respectful and always willing to help and answer questions to reach the same goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I finally am in a field to use my degree and it was what I had been looking for a while.
