With my previous work history, is not taken into consideration as well my abilities are not being used to full potential. I was told I would receive compensation for my position I still have not received anything.

The salaried v. Hourly benefits are not fair. I left a salary position to come to Home Depot for a hourly marketing job and not happy with benefits such as sick Pay, vacation time and disability coverage compared to the salary employee package
