What did you like most about the interview process?Direct, didn't waste too much time. I wish they hadn't lied to me about accommodations or the availability of full time work, but it was quick, to the point, and I was hired shortly after the interview. There also wasn't an excessive amount of online training, just a couple of training videos.
What makes you most happy at work?Being left alone at the front end without a CEC. That's not sarcasm, it just makes it much easier to do my job when I'm not constantly being asked why I'm doing something the way I am by someone who isn't even willing to let me finish my response, let alone listen to it.
What makes you most happy at work?Helping the customer with finding what they need and overall customer satisfaction
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Less sitting in the office, more leading by exsample. Ask your worker bees what they need.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Get people in management who can inspire and keep good workers instead of delaying their growth.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Hire people that care about hiring, and look beyond resumes. I believe AI could help.
