Excellent, highly empathetic leadership that really cares about people at the company. It's been a very challenging year for the supply chain and the company has navigated those challenges very well.

Pay is competitive and fair

Benefits are 100% company paid and are really awesome. Compensation is market fair and the company is constantly looking at comp to make sure it stays fair.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team provides a great working envoriment. There is always an opportunity to connect with one and another to ask questions and share important advice and suggestions even if it is not directly related to your role.

So much intelligence and humility. Everyone is great and full of insight. I feel super safe to ask questions (which I do, a lot) and love being around caring, smart people all the time!
