They're quite level headed, show sincere empathy, and are clear about company goals, challenges, and strategy. They ensure good alignment and collaboration across teams - setting the tone for how everyone should operate. Prob THE biggest difference compared to other companies I've worked at

Calm and steady leader, teacher mentality, fair assessments based on performance. Generally a high standard for hiring -- people work well as teams and feel free to be creative and innovative in their work.

People are fun. Stuff gets done fairly quickly. The company is still a startup in the sense that the politics and bureaucracy are little to none.
