I am a dealer and get most of my questions answer in a timely manner. My only complaint is the lack of equipment in my area to rent out to walk in custers.
Everyone higher up the ladder than in store personel. It took a 4 year employee of a storefront 2 hours to fix what accident and roadside and management couldnt across over 9 hours on the phone, and did it without disrespecting me. Which cannot be said for management, etc.
