I have been here quite a while and have seen a lot of change. Some good, some not as good and there is more change ahead. All in all with all the good and bad there is no place I'd rather work.

The healthcare paid at 100% (for you and your domestic partner and dependents). Close second is 45% matching on 401k (that's not a typo - 45% - i.e., almost half). Third is $350 per quarter to pay for physical, mental, or financial wellness (you can pay for pet insurance with this money).

It's a small team and we all pull a lot of weight, but there is also a lot of freedom. We are not micromanaged; we work on our own time/terms - it's clear if one of us is not getting our work done. We feel comfortable with each other and can go back and forth with work ideas or even personal stuff.
