Our local management team has made a lot of bad decisions over the 10 years that have created a lot of long term and short term problems. I have no complaints about the greater UL leadership team.

The all employee incentive plan. We all work together towards profits that are then shared with each employee.

Considering amount of work and experience, good increment on salary wise would have been better.

I came through an acquisition so did not interview at my company. I have referred several friends for jobs and they found the process cumbersome and impersonal.

The manager I originally interviewed with was awful and made me not want the job. Then my not current manager came in and everything got better. I saw the future of the team I was joining was bright and knew that if I stuck around a few years, thing would be great. I was right and have no regrets.
