Compensation for IT workers doesn't adequately compensate developers with hard to find or "specialized" skill sets.

The really cultivate a great culture, working here is like being part of a large family that's looking out for each other.

You can find other companies that pay more for sure, but not with this level of job security (no layoffs since 2001).

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's thorough but fair, hard to get in, but once you are employed here it's reassuring to know the new hires are up to an expected standard.
