There seems to be no room for advancement. I have had my CPCU for 2 years and have not had a chance to move from being a frontline MSR.

The benefits are way too expensive for the average person to afford.

The compensation is severely skewed. Employees that are tenured make less than the new hires who walk into the job. Nearly impossible to negotiate wages.

Individuals were moved from hourly to salary expected to keep working 50 hours but did not get a raise to compensate for the OT pay they are no longer getting
