I've never worried that something I needed was not covered or benfits could possibly be better elsewhere.

Compensation for IT workers doesn't adequately compensate developers with hard to find or "specialized" skill sets.

It's thorough but fair, hard to get in, but once you are employed here it's reassuring to know the new hires are up to an expected standard.
