I have been challenged and have seen a lot of growth in how I carry myself on a day to day basis. The only thing I wish is that I had actaully finished school before taking an advancement opportunity. This job has slowed my progress with finishing school and now is another thing I worry about often.

I like that it's innovative. We interview a large quantity of people each week and we have to be efficient. Especially with COVID-19 we've had a large influx of applicants. It took the matter of days for our leadership team to turn things around and create programs to make our process 100% virtual.
