The treat everyone on our team with respect and dignity. They praise our team with positive comments on a regular basis.

Things are very transparent as far as problems or solutions.. Problems get addressed immediately and solutions are never thrown out of the window no matter what position the person who offers them is... It really does feel like a family here

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe when you are working in a high risk job that is sometimes compounded with extreme weather conditions. We are away from our families and homes usually home on average eight days a month .

I dont feel undervalued at all... I do feel like after the time I've put in, the extra effort and success I have had in completing sites in a timely manner warrants more compensation
