What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their transparency, and availability is impressive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The leadership team has put a focus on diversity snd inclusivity. Also looking to hire and promote more women and POC.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

other companies have the same role for more base pay. Grainger while in an attempt to be competitive offered a raise of 10 cents. In this role they do not allow negotiations in pay.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company is implementing a structured hybrid schedule with assigned dated for in office attendance and not offering any work remote options and limited flexibility when needing to work remotely "with good reason" and manager discretion.
