Pays the bills but pushing stressful territory.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to care more about each individual on their team and lead by motivation and inspiration not by invoking fear.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are treated as just another number and metrics are far too important to the higher up. Treat us more like we matter and maybe there wouldn’t be such a high fall out rate.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

For the most part they try to be positive considering the number of calls we get per day. Until the managers come down on us about “performance” and metrics. After that I can’t wait to get out of there.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No matter what feedback we are given my team always tries to remain positive. I guess we should work on vocalizing how we really feel more often. We just don’t want to come off as too demanding and just be thankful we have a job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We take call after call and only get 2 10 minute breaks and a 30 min lunch. If we go more then 1 minute being on aux after a call out manager tells us to get back on even if we still have to notate and aren’t ready for another call. It would be great to get a breather in somewhere!
