    If we see someone stealing, we shouldnt have to just turn the other cheek and pretend it didnt happen just because they were out of our sight a moment.

    Listen to employees more, focus less on "service related numbers" such as how fast an ex is done or how fast a phone is answered . Allow pharmacist to focus on patient care, accuracy and safety instead of applying pressure on speed.
