I've only been at WFM for a couple of months but my time here has been a great learning experience in an enviroment that supports you throughout the process. I feel challenged in my work and feel trusted by leadership to get the work done.

It's a super welcoming and open environment that sees eachother as people and not just a number in the company.

We are willing to work together on any task even we aren't directly responsible for it. We are a team and we work together as such.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and I like the flexibility I get when working on different projects. The team trust each other to get the work done which is nice to not have that micromangement.
