the first 9 mth ramp up & learning the biz is tough. you can have 6+ of exp doing your role at diff companies & feel completely lost and discouraged ramping up at WFs as you learn the ropes. its worth it once you come out the the otherside. Note:clunky onboarding/losing leader 2 mths in was a factor
What makes you most happy at work?
that moment when a shared goal is finally reached and everyone involved celebrates and shows their appreciation. sharing the journey of getting to achieve a goal and feeling the support and celebrations of small victories along the way. being with my team and having opps to interfact with sr leaders
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The incredible amount of support we receive not only in order to be successful and grow in our roles, but on a personal level too. We talk about bringing our "Whole selves" to work and that is not just fluff, our leadership encourages this of us daily. I am forever grateful for my leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive worked in several recruiting organizations and structures at diff companies. recruiters at WF do more work due to lack of tools and structure that most companies operate within. This is to be expected since we are a new dept at WF,but we do more work than we would elsewhere and are paid 20k less
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership values and principles are not just fluff, they are the backbone to every biz decision we make. My TA leadership is exceptional and offer their support at every level. Our leaders are approachable and care. I know that I can bring my Whole self to work & I know i am in a truly safe place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the genuine love for WHO we work for, WHAT we do, our candidates and HLs, and mostly for each other as humans and peers. Mia is an excellent leader and just what our team needs. Our team is made up of some of the best humans and a shared passion for our craft is the cherry on top
