Our team has a family feel to it - We are super interactive and truly enjoy seeing each other in the office and even meeting up after work for drinks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team really takes time to invest in their employees and gives insight into what the future of Whole Foods Market looks like and the direction are coming is going in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part would be the annual STI. I love finding out at the end of the year what my bonus will be given the hard work that I did that year. They really value their employees to make sure these short term incentives are paid out.
