As a new TM, there is a lot of change going on throughout the organization, and it can be a struggle at times to keep up with the change and understand the historical content of our process/procedures/workflows. I have a peer/mentor that helps tremendously! WFM has been very welcoming.

Working through change management in our fast environment. Also developing my Team Members so they are ready to advance their careers and personal lives.
