overall positive, tangible visible difference is being made in people's lives. however, with all the resources and talent, it can do far more. The company is not living to its fullest potential. Too much misalignment in higher executive leadership that trickles down to everyone else.

they each live the leadership principles and our core values. they are passionate about our WHY and live it.

when I am heard. often they say team members should be empowered but when you raise issues team members are stifled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we have practically no retirement fund, while others have robust 401 K matching programs. my salary is not comparable to the market. the RSUs are a good idea poorly executed. they say retention is priority but practically little is done to retain talent.
