I enjoy working for my company. I have been a loyal TM for 15 years and want to remain working with WF. I do feel with all the restructuring, it has made me cautious about the future prospects of my position. I also feel like my position should be salaried and aligned in wage.

Even though we are remote and spread out we still find ways to connect and be a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest I see offers and compensation. I have people starting in the same role as me making $8 more an hour.
