They could be more productive and not spend so much time chatting and more attention to customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The unique things we do. We have trivia nights, a bar, painting and wine tasting, and we give food to kids.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is paid equally regardless of what part of the store they work in. There are places where the work is a lot harder but everyone gets paid the same no matter how much work they do.
