Employees need to get better benefits and pay, hands down. If not, they need a union.
My coworkers were fine, but anyone above that (management) needs to be more respectful toward their coworkers. No verbal abuse and petty write ups.
Management was very abusive verbally to employees. They also tended to find ways to terminate the employment of people they disliked based on fairly arbitrary factors.
Our department was the hardest working in the store, yet we got the least pay and were treated the worst by our management team. Better treatment and pay, plus more generous breaks, and small things like letting us keep water nearby would be nice.
