My overall experience has been positive. I always liked whole foods even before employment. I didn't really now what all went on behind the scenes, but the experience has been good.

It was a simple and processional process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They've nice. Not very nosey or trying to one up everyone to look good. They're all pretty laid back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very attentive about everything and keep things flowing nicely. Everything is very laid back and if there's ever any issues, they're not hard to find and things get solved very quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I always loved the atmosphere in the company. I was a little intimidated when I first started, but everyone grew on me over a few weeks. It's a very professional company and the employees are the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's not very fast paced. I'm never confused or don't know how to help someone. It's fairly simple to be an employee here. Dealing with customers is fun. People are just shopping for their families. Very chill atmosphere.
