Whole Foods has a mission to supply the highest quality foods to nourish people and make an impact on their health and lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is below average and there are not many other compensation perks... no 401k match, RSU/equity, etc. There is an annual cash bonus which is nice but doesn't make up for lower base.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team culture is laid back and friendly. People are willing to support each other and help out. In addition to this I feel that there is a lot of encouragement for continued development and learning.
