My experience at Whole Foods has been amazing so far, especially Tech Team is awesome as we mostly work as an Amazon Employee but with values and work life balance of Whole Foods at their amazing Austin Office. You get best of both worlds to work on latest technology while doing good for our planet

Whole Health Plan is a really good for just $25 per pay period(Bi-Weekly)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lot of fun events and sessions to know other teams and larger group. Team outings and different volunteer events to do something good for community are great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is transparent about future projects and roadmap for next few quarters. Leadership is easily approachable and they really hear to suggestions and concerns brought in by Engineers on floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really collaborative and people are really smart and diligent. Code Reviews really helps in learning and knowledge transfer. All Principal Engineers are really smart and approachable, they really are good mentors.
What makes you most happy at work?
My wide screen monitor, free coffee and fun events. Working on latest technologies while adding value to company and yourself at the same time. My coworkers definitely makes me happy, and Happy Hour of-course adds to overall happiness.
