They keep us very well informed as to what is going on and what future company plans are and how we're going to get there.

It's hard to convey in just 300 characters, but in the 30-plus years I've been in the field, this is the best team I've ever worked with.

Having interesting and challenging subjects to work on in a supportive team environment that allows me to make the best use of my skills, talents, and aptitudes.

They encourage us to take ownership of things we see that we think should be changed, and we're not saddled with responsibility to fix things without the authority to actually do so.

This is a diverse group of people with a broad array of experience and they amaze me almost daily with things I have not previously encountered in my 30+ years in the field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They treat me as a human being. One-on-one meetings with my Team Leader are not something to be afraid of. Meetings that include higher level management are not something to be afraid of.

The company seems to really understand that culture is a key driver for team member happiness and engagement and that is a key enabler for team and company success. I've never seen anything like this at any other company I've ever worked at.
