Work life balance is great, pay is fair for what I do, and I get stock as well.

This job isn't about the compensation to me, it's about the atmosphere I am working in and that to me is the greatest thing about this company.

They have our best interests in mind and are open to dialogue about what that might be. They are empowering and confidence building and truly care about us.

Bringing your whole self to work is lived out. Everyone is different, but that means we all have the opportunity to learn from and grow with one another.

Leadership is tuned into things both on and off the job, we are more than just a number or employee, but they genuinely care about how we are doing. That's rare at companies.
