Mixed review. Great work life balance, but immature leaders with no idea what they are doing. There is a lot of favoritism with select groups and other left completely aside. Almost no career growth trajectory. Love the brand and what it represents, but pull the curtain aside and it's a mess.

Understanding that our benefits need to change. Communication needs to be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp rates are about 20% lower compared to the market. Benefits are a joke. There needs to be a 401k match. It would be nice to have one benefit package for all employees, not based off service hours. The system is so dated.
